Speak Truth. Do Good. Or Die Trying.
Dr. Johann D'Souza is a clinical psychologist, Harvard research affiliate, and host of the Virtuous Leaders podcast. He helps families and institutions protect children from digital destruction by combining cutting-edge neuroscience with traditional values. His mission: Help parents form loving families capable of transforming the world for good.
Why This Fights Matters
After 15 years of mentoring teenage boys and thousands of hours in clinical practice, I've seen something devastating: even the best kids from the best families are losing the battle against pornography addiction.
I'm talking about young men who pray daily, who go to Mass, who are conscientiously striving for virtue and holiness. These aren't "troubled kids"—they're the future leaders of the Church and society. And they're enslaved.
Students tell me that 80-90% of their friends struggle with pornography. No one talks about it. Among kids from worse backgrounds, it's not just normalized—it's praised and encouraged.
This isn't a niche problem. This is spiritual warfare on a civilizational scale.
When I saw grown men—some even in positions of spiritual leadership—fighting the same desperate battle, I realized: This is the defining crisis of our time.
Parents think they're protecting their children. They're not. They're handing them a device that will enslave them for decades.
Someone has to tell the truth.
Every talk, every article, every interview has one goal: Protecting innocent souls and forging loving families.
I didn't stumble into this work. I chose it.
I recognized how far I had fallen from God, and I wanted to give Him everything—to seek the highest level of perfection, to have the closest possible union with Him, and to help others do the same.
I knew this was my path to happiness. And I knew it would cost everything.
This isn't a side hustle. This isn't a speaking circuit. This is my life's work: Unveil evil. Speak truth. Protect beauty...Or die trying.

Insider Credentials, Outsider Conviction
PhD from University of Houston. Harvard research affiliate. 20+ peer-reviewed publications. I speak the language of elite institutions—but I refuse to bow to their lies. Former employers and professional organizations have tried to silence me. I'm still here.
I enjoy studying modern psychology almost as much as reading Aristotle and Aquinas.
Practitioner, Not Theorist
Thousands of clinical hours treating anxiety, OCD, and distraction. 15 years mentoring young men through spiritual warfare. Dozens of speaking engagements nationwide, hearing parents' stories and fighting alongside them.
I've seen what works and what destroys. Not just from books. From the trenches.
A Life Ordered Toward Higher Things
My life is ordered toward higher things.
I spend my free time discovering and preserving the books and ideas slowly being swallowed up by the New Dark Age.
I seek wisdom and beauty in the height of Western culture—ancient philosophy, medieval theology, Renaissance masters, Baroque architecture.
If we want our children to resist digital slavery, they need to taste something higher. Beauty. Truth. Goodness. That's what I'm fighting for.
Join me in bringing light to the New Dark Age.
